Before and After School Care
Before school care is available upon request starting at 6:00 a.m. After school care is available until 6:00 p.m. There is an $9.00 charge per hour with a minimum of 1 hour charged. Arrangements must be made with our day care provider in advance if you will need morning care or care after 6:00 p.m. There is an extra $6.00 per 15 minute charge for any care after closing (6:00 pm). Students who have not been picked up by 3:30 p.m. will automatically be signed in to after school care.
Payments
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month, beginning in August (due by the first day of school). Payments received after the 10th of the month will be considered late and may incur a $25 late fee, unless prior arrangements have been made with the school. Statements with outstanding balances will be sent on a monthly basis.
Payments may be made by cash, check, or online through Zeffy (by using our “Make a Payment” link above) using a credit card or bank account. You may also pay via Zelle by sending payment to HCS@hughsonchristianschool.com.
